- Card Activation – requires each cardholder to complete an authentication process to activate new and reissued cards upon arrival.
- Mail Integration – reduces the potential for plastics to fall into the wrong hands by merging new and reissued cards with other mail on a daily basis.
- Card Value Validation (CVV) and Card Validation Code (CVC) – reduce the risk of counterfeit cards by enabling the use of MasterCard’s CVC or Visa’s CVV encoded on the magnetic stripe of the card as part of the authorization process. We’re also one of the only processors to offer PIN CVV for debit transactions.
- Card Value Denial Threshold – helps prevent “brute force attacks.” Card value denials are monitored and counted based on your selection of number of denials and number of calendar days.
- Address Verification Service (AVS) – reduces fraudulent mail and telephone order transactions by verifying the cardholder’s billing address before completing the transaction.
- Card Not Present (CNP) – protects against unauthorized
MO/TO to Internet transactions by establishing a maximum number of CNP transactions within a given time frame.
- Name Mismatch – verifies the cardholder’s name on Track 1 against the name on the account record during the authorization and decision process.
- Card Expiration Mismatch – reduces fraudulent point-of-sale, mail and telephone-order transactions by verifying the cardholder’s expiration date on file against the authorization request.
- Member Selected PIN – provides flexible participation options to fit the needs of any credit union. Choose the Member Selected PIN solution through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and/or through ATM terminals.
- Compromised Account Notification Service (CANS) – provides automatic generation
of card maintenance, letters and card reissue files.
- Cardholder Dispute and Recovery Services – provides highly trained and experienced dispute and fraud experts to utilize exhaustive recovery efforts throughout the review and final resolution process.
- Enhanced Authorization Processing – reduces card issuer risk and eliminates the need
